Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kagami app, the website at kagami.video and your Kagami account. By using any of them, you agree to these terms.
Kagami is licensed to your account, not sold, and works on one computer.
Zenn and Founders 100 are one-time payments. Nothing renews or charges you automatically.
Use Kagami only for content you have the right to mirror or record.
Your licence
Kagami is licensed, not sold. Your licence is tied to your Kagami account and works on one computer: the first computer you sign in on holds your account, and another computer is refused until you remove the first one from your dashboard, which you can do once every 30 days. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or share your licence.
Plans
Free. Every feature except instant replay, on one computer. A Kagami watermark appears on the live window and in OBS, and recordings are limited to 2 minutes. Recording files never carry a watermark.
Zenn. A licence for one full year (365 days) from purchase, bought with a single one-time payment. It is not a subscription and does not renew. When the year ends, your account returns to the Free plan unless you choose to buy again.
Founders 100. A one-time payment for 18 months of Zenn, offered once, to the first 100 buyers in each of six regions (Asia, North America, Europe, East Asia & Pacific, Middle East & Africa, Latin America), one per account. Your region is set by the country you buy from. Founder numbers are assigned within your region in the order payments complete. If all 100 places in your region are taken before your payment completes, you receive a full automatic refund. Founders 100 is non-refundable, which you confirm at checkout. Your name stays on the Wall of Founders for life; we may remove names, links or bios that are abusive, unsafe or impersonate someone, but your place remains.
Payments and prices
Prices are shown in your country's currency before you pay. Prices in Indian rupees include all applicable taxes. In India, payments are handled by Cashfree Payments. Outside India, orders are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which handles the payment and any local sales tax or VAT; it may be added at checkout and appears on your receipt. Paying with a card issued in another country charges that country's price.
We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. You pay on our payment partner's secure page. We receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded (order number, amount and status), and we verify it with the payment partner before your plan is activated.
Delivery and cancellation
Kagami is software delivered online. Your plan is activated on your account right after payment and nothing is shipped (see the Shipping & Delivery Policy). Because there is no recurring billing, there is no subscription to cancel. Refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Referrals and partners
Referral months are added once a friend's purchase can no longer be refunded. Creator partners are also bound by the Partner Terms.
Acceptable use
- Only mirror or record content you have the right to.
- Do not use Kagami to break the law or the rules of the games and services you use.
- Keep the community respectful; we may hide posts or close accounts that break these rules.
Trademarks
Kagami is not affiliated with Apple. iPhone, iPad, Mac and AirPlay are trademarks of Apple Inc. Game names and icons belong to their owners.
Liability and governing law
Kagami is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
