Kagami is software. This policy explains how and when you receive the app and your plan after paying.

Nothing physical is shipped and there are no shipping charges.
Paid plans switch on in your account within minutes of payment.
If anything goes wrong, we fix it or refund you in full.
Digital delivery only
Kagami is software delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
When you get it
- The app: download it any time from the download page.
- Paid plans: activated on your Kagami account within minutes of a successful payment. Sign in to the app with the same account and the plan applies.
- Receipt: sent to your email address after payment.
If something goes wrong
If your plan is not active within 2 hours of paying, email [email protected] with your payment reference. We fix it or refund you in full.
